A beautiful character property with a luxury, covered hot tub (optional hire) where you can sit back & relax after a day at the beach or exploring the spectacular countryside & historic sites nearby.

This 5 star rated 3 bed cottage is pet-friendly and sleeps 6 In 3 bedrooms. Beautifully furnished, it creates a boutique & homely feel.

Located mins from Lanhydrock House & gardens (National Trust) & the breathtaking Luxylan Valley, it is a haven for walkers and cyclists . The nearest beach is also only 15 mins away
The space
The cottage is spacious and with a luxurious and individual feel to it. A generous outdoor space front and rear where guests can relax. The patio dining area with barbecue sits opposite the hot tub and offers guests a place to soak up the sun and stars!

The small summerhouse at the front offers guests a retreat to either read a book (or maybe take themselves away with their laptop!) or even to just enjoy a coffee or relax/meditate on their own.
Guest access
Guests can access the property directly. The properties have safety key boxes and codes are provided on the day of the stay when the codes are changed upon changeover.
Other things to note
The hot tub is an optional extra as we realise that not everyone wants a hot tub and therefore we believe they should not have to pay for it. For those wanting to hire it, we need as much advance notice as possible so that we can get it professionally prepared. At peak times, the hot tub company get booked up so the sooner we receive a hire request the more likely we are to be able to accommodate it.

Other special requests are also accommodated where possible, be it booking a restaurant or ordering shopping, or arranging for flowers for special occasions. We will do our very best to make your stay special.

We are Langoose Holiday Cottages and began our journey back in 2021. We started with two small cottages and now have five properties which we have lovingly refurbished and added individuality and style to. In our older properties, we have retained original features to ensure that their characters are maintained but we have also tried to create a boutique and homely feel.

Designing the interiors and paying attention to detail is what we like most.

It’s the little things that matter.

Perhaps the most pleasurable aspect of all though is when guests tell us how much they have enjoyed their holiday and want to return. In such a short time, we have built up a steady stream of repeat guests and we welcome them all back as friends.

Our aim is to make your holiday special and we will go the extra mile wherever we can. We will accommodate special requests (within reason , of course!) and are always on hand to provide recommendations or to help booking restaurants etc. Please just ask!

Why they chose this property

Lanhydrock House and Gardens and the neighbouring woodlands and the 900 acres of land which forms The Lanhydrock Estate.. in fact, four of our cottages were formerly owned by them and are in an enviable position just a short walk from the Estate and the beautiful House and Gardens which really are spectacular and well worth a visit!

What makes this property unique

Deceptively spacious and the warmest feeling as soon as you open the door. The cottage seems to embrace you with its welcome. It has character and charm in abundance. Our newest refurbishment and very carefully thought out to try to make this property be its best.💗
