Lieber Ralf,
Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Heizkessel. Sie haben versehentlich den Heizkesselschalter ausgeschaltet und er ging aus. Wir haben nun dafür gesorgt, dass das Problem nicht erneut auftritt.
