Great property and we loved Barbati. Well located for restaurants, coffee shops, mini market & beach. Be warned it is up a very steep slope but that means you have a fabulous view of the sea and have very toned legs by the end of your stay! The three floors meant there was lots of room and the small pool was very welcome for cooling off. Beach is lovely and would recommend hiring a boat with Spiros boats.

Highly recommended clean, modern villa with a private pool and parking.

Highly recommended clean, modern villa with a private pool and parking. The villa has everything you need (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, plates, cutlery, glass, dish washer, washing machine, hair blower and multiple TVs). Air conditioning in every room and WiFi works. Every floor has a bathroom with its own shower, sink, toilet and boiler - and offers a balcony. The top floor features a bath tub. Theres a dining room, a living room and a place for computer work (with a screen to put behind you for a video call). Theres room to dine and barbecue outside and there are sunbeds near the pool which also features a shower. The beach is nearby, as are several restaurants, shops and entertainment. The apartment was clean when we arrived and was cleaned while we were there.

The bedrooms and pool are lovely and the views from the villa are incredible. The location is great for bakery, cafe, beach, mini markets and wide choice of tavernas and restaurant. You need to be fit for the steep slope! We really enjoyed our stay. Recommend the local bakery, Coffee Lovers, Lord Byron and Verde Blu for food.

Lovely villa, over 3 floors,good outside space. Villa clean and modern. Beautiful views. Slight down down side is very steep hill to get to villa. Restaurants short walk away.

Overall, a great property in a lovely location. Small, not very touristy. Only issue was access, as property is up a very steep road with no steps, making it difficult to get up and down..

Avoid properties by Agni Travel at all costs!

Dishwasher was broken; top floor bathroom flooded every day; property wasn't clean - there was food in the sink and hairs/ dirt in the dining room; one of the sliding doors didn't lock; several cupboards were broken; keysafe almost impossible to open. Agni travel were communicative whilst we were there and promised compensation for such a bad stay but they went cold as soon as we got back. Just look at the Agni Travel reviews on Google - truly appalling!
