There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a single one. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Clean modern apartment in great London location The apartment was very clean and in a wonderful location in between Kensington High Street and Notting Hill. The living room and kitchen were very spacious. The bedrooms were nice and the shower large. There is also an express grocery store just downstairs. There is also an elevator which was really nice to have!
The apartment is on a busy street and all the windows face the street and it is very loud including all night long. I had to buy earplugs from Boots because I couldn’t sleep at all the first night. It was still a lovely apartment but I wish I knew to come prepared with earplugs from the get go.

Pros : location is great. Flat was as pictured (could use some artwork) Quality towels. Some bottles of water. Shower maintenance issue which was promptly fixed. A lift for weary travelers at end of the day. Comfortable beds.Cons: check-in process not good. Never received check-in email before 3P. Went backwards and forwards messaging host only to be told my reservation wasn’t until two days away. Finally called and spoke to person, who confirmed my reservation for the day was correct. Cannot drop off cases earlier than checkin, was told to use luggage storage facility. Would have been helpful for them to suggest the same shop for luggage storage as where I would need to retrieve flat key upon check-in.Flat Suggestions - a coffee pot. instructions on how to operate heating and washer/dryer combo. Maybe include WiFi password/QR code in unit (as opposed to email). Hide vacuums, cleaning buckets. Simple things that go a long way. Overall, there is some street noise but mostly early morning. We would stay there again!
