The independent kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven, dishes, kitchenware, coffee maker, etc. From where you can go out to one of the terraces facing north, perfect for enjoying food in the shade in summer. On the other hand, the living room leads to the terrace with views of the Rock and the sea with a table and chairs to enjoy the Mediterranean from your apartment.
The building has a large community pool with several areas of shade and sun. It also includes a parking lot in the same building.
