Elina Villa has a wonderful outdoor area. Around the private pool there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The covered area with the barbecue and the outdoor dining set is the perfect place to pass some lazy time with the family. Outdoor sets are also found at the terrace and at the veranda of the first floor, from where the view is unobstructed.
The villa is a two store stone building. The ground floor consists of an open concept lounge area and kitchen. All the three bedrooms are found on the first floor. The house has 2 bathrooms; one on the ground floor and one at the first floor. There is also an utility room at the ground floor, where the washing machine is found.
