A traditional villa with panoramic view of the Cretan Sea

Xirokampi is a small and unspoiled village of west Crete, 4km away from historic Maleme and 20km away from the picturesque city of Chania. Io villa is located 500m out off Xirokampi and is surrounded by olive trees. Except of the tranquility of the area, enjoy the panoramic sea view from every corner of the property.

The villa is 140 sq.m built on a private area of 1,000 sq.m. In the private garden, among the beautiful flowers, a barbecue and a traditional stone - built oven are found, where you can prepare a sapid dish for you and your family. Also a private pool (32 sq.m) with clear and cooling water is waiting for you to help you relax and deal with the heat of the Cretan summer.

The house has two floors. At the ground floor there are a traditional decorated living room with a fireplace, a 6 seats dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms; one twin and one double. Both of them have French doors leading to the garden. On the first floor a bathroom and the master bedroom with a four-poster double bed and a private balcony are found. Moreover, on this level there is a small veranda with wooden bench and table under a stone - built arch.
