About this property
Cotswold lakeside lodge with free spa access, pool
This beautiful lakeside cottage on the Lower Mill Estate gives a taste of luxury at the popular Cotswold Water Park. No matter the time of year there are endless on-site activities to take advantage of for both adults and children. Family bike rides, fishing trips, a relaxing spa treatment and competitive tennis matches are just a few of the options you can enjoy here. If you venture further, you can explore historic Cirencester, charming Stroud, and popular Burford.
Arranged to take advantage of the lake views, Lamb's Tail has a spacious open plan living area on the first floor. Stepping out onto the balcony with your morning coffee as you watch the peaceful lake ripple before you is an unbeatable way to start your day. We're sure you'll spend most of your time out and about but when you return, the comfort of Lamb's Tail is waiting for you. With a large sofa set before the wood burning stove, you can have a family film night, BBQ on the balcony, or have some time to yourself with a long soak in the tub. Suiting a variety of groups, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, each well-equipped with comfortable bedding and access to the terrace so you don't miss a moment of this fabulous location.
Between the terrace and balcony there is space for casual evening drinks, to enjoy a good book or a full meal together. A spiral staircase joins the two and you can securely keep bikes here during your stay. There is off-road parking for one car in a designated space and additional overflow parking is available on the estate.
