It is located 1 km from the city "Tijarafe", 1 km from the "Spar" supermarket, 4 km from the rocky beach "Playa de Jorado", 17 km from the sandy beach "Puerto de Tazacorte", 55 km from the "Santa Cruz de La Palma" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and rural. It has a garden, garden furniture, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the bedroom, private pool, billiards table and outdoor parking next to the house, 1 fan, 2 TVs, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German). The independent, induction kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The pool is with solar heating (ideal bathing temperatures are not guaranteed). This is a self-sufficient energy dwelling.
