The property was really dirty oven was so disgusting we couldn’t even heat up food.
Saucepans were rusted.
Bathroom was also dirty and unhygienic.
So disappointed! Should not be used for any guests.

The property is poorly maintained. The carpet’s downstairs and upstairs have not been cleaned in years, the baseboards are dirty and grimy (inattentive cleaning as it would only take a wiping down with a rag) the bathroom shower leaks into a light socket in the kitchen, the cabinet cover for the dish washer has been removed and stashed in a cupboard, the freezer has not been defrosted in months, the couch is stained, and the furnace sounds like a jet engine (which is just fine as it heated the house nicely and rapidly). We had a reservation for 4 and there were towels for only 2 ( which the landlord tried to fix, by problem solving with “are they in with the sheets under the couch”) and nothing more. They promised to bring some first thing early in the morning but by 10:30 there still were no towels. The TV mount upstairs was empty with no tv, and the dishes/cutlery were all found dirty. A great basic appt with a tesco across the street. But more than that, don’t hope for much.

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in London und suchten eine Unterkunft mit Parkplatz und U-Bahn-Anbindung.Die Lage des Objekts ist gut und auch die U-Bahnstation nicht weit entfernt und zu Fuß zu erreichen.Allerdings ist die Wohnung seit längerem nicht mehr richtig gereinigt worden. Der Teppich hat in der kompletten Wohnung Flecken, das Bad und speziell die Dusche ist schmutzig.Die Küche wurde wegen der mangelnden Hygiene nicht verwendet - noch nicht mal einen Kaffee konnte man dort zubereiten ...(Wasserkocher verkalkt / verschmutzt - Töpfe innen verrostet ...)Für Sauberkeit musste ich einen Stern vergeben (Null geht leider nicht) - 2 Sterne gesamt wegen Lage und vorhandenem Parkplatz.Wir kommen definitiv nicht noch einmal!
