If driving our place is 10 minutes off M1 J31 A57 turn off then past ROTHER VALLEY COUNTRY PARK , 2 minutes drive on your left .
Next door neighbour has 2 dogs that can be barking but they are kept in the fence all the time.
Please take off your shoes on the carpet. NO SMOKING
