This lovely detached house sits in the centre of the village of Barrow Hill, near Chesterfield, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Old Grocery is a lovely detached house that sits in the centre of the village of Barrow Hill, near Chesterfield, and can sleep six people. There is a king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be 2’ 6” twin on request), a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out stacker bed, a shower room, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room with a gas fire and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, additional free roadside parking across the road and a garden. The Old Grocery is a wonderful holiday base.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fires. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, landline for incoming calls only, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Free roadside parking across road. Lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mins walk, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Stacker bed is suitable for an adult.
