Welcome to this 1-bedroom apartment on the lower ground and ground floors of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Kennington Road in the heart of Kennington. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full en-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1, and a second full bathroom accessible via the hallway. One bathroom has a shower/bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private patio — smoking is not allowed on the patio.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has gas heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the patio are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

Very convenient check-in, the keys aer kept in a nearby store and it works 24/7! We had no issues with late arrival, the host was very helpful and provided clear instructions. Good location.

Apartment was nice and in a good location but was a bit tired. Paint chipped, carpet needed clean and outside wasn’t welcoming. Bike in the hallway made it awkward to get in with luggage as well
This place was a scam. When we arrived, it reeked of sewage so bad that we talked to a neighbor who said they'd been trying to track down the owners because the sewage smell was ruining the whole apartment complex.It was also under construction. The floors were ripped up. The mattress was on its side, the kitchen was unusable and full of construction equipment.Basically, what happened is they offered the listing for a low price, then required a deposit payment outside of VRBO all just as a scam to get to keep that deposit even though VRBO refunded the amount paid through them.When VRBO and I tried to contact the host upon arrival, they ghosted us of course. I mean, it was all a scam. Stay far far away. VRBO has to blacklist this listing, right?
L’appartement est délabré , il n’est pas bien entretenu et il y règne une forte odeur de moisi. Il n’est pas conforme aux photos. J’ai reporté des problèmes à l’hôte dès mon arrivée mais il n’y a pas remédié (fenêtres bloquées, trou dans les murs et au sol dans le parquet, clou dans la douche posant des problèmes de sécurité pour enfants, patio inutilisable car rempli de détritus …). Cerise sur la gâteau ils ne veulent pas rembourser ma caution sous prétexte que j’aurais agrandi le trou du mur (gros comme un ballon de volley) et je vais devoir lancer une procédure en justice pour le récupérer

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable aquí y nos pareció que tenía una muy buena relación calidad-precio. El apartamento es espacioso, limpio y bien equipado (perfecto para familias o grupos pequeños). Tiene dos dormitorios (uno en la planta superior y otro en la planta baja) y dos baños, lo que resultó muy conveniente. El dormitorio de la planta superior fue especialmente cómodo, y las camas en general eran excelentes. La cocina era moderna y bien equipada, y la sala de estar y el salón de planta abierta en la planta baja eran amplios y acogedores.La ubicación es excelente, cerca del transporte público y también muy fácil para tomar un Uber. Pudimos llegar a atracciones populares como la Torre de Londres, Covent Garden y Camden Market en 20–30 minutos. La recogida de llaves fue sencilla y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida.
