Quality home-away-from-home townhouse in Aberdeen! Solid and spacious accommodation just a few mins. walk from beachfront attractions! FREE parking, close to the City, shops, cinema, bus, railway stations. Clean and well maintained with attractive furnishings, smart TVs, full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry and garden. Sleeps 4 - 7 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms. Scottish highlands & castles a short drive away.

The space
Spacious townhouse laid out across three floors. Master bedroom has King-size bed & en suite shower. Other bedrooms are all large double beds sharing one family bathroom (with shower over bath) on the top floor and two additional toilets on ground and first floors.

Guest access
Off-street Parking for two small cars and additional parking can be arranged for a fee nearby, on request.

Other things to note
Weekly Laundry service available for a fee on request, (bath/bed/kitchen -linen only) with collection and delivery at a mutually convenient time outside the front door. We do not access the suite when guests are in situ - except in cases of an emergency.

A Great Home

The townhouse is a very nice place to stay in Aberdeen. We loved the very short walking distance to the sea, but at the same time to the grocery shops nearby. Plus a good bus connection into the City. The kitchen was well Kelz and we were very happy to find all needed accessoires. And the landlord additionally provided the essentials for the first day - thanks so much! We will gladly come again!

This is a relatively quiet neighborhood, very conveniently located, walking distance of the city centre and Aberdeen beach with a variety of lovely walks and many places to eat and drink. A great base also for those wanting to travel a little further afield on whisky or castle trails!
