Nestled in mature grounds, the style of the period home is continued throughout the outside dining spaces, with a barbeque terrace, lounging sofas, hot tub and formal outdoor dining areas that across the waterside front of the home, Cartrefle has designed for al fresco dining.

Down the steps into the garden, a covered swimming pool awaits with its own changing room and small outdoor lounging area for a post swim chill, all of course, overlooking the straits.

The Home
A large entrance hall guides you through the downstairs, with several separate entertaining spaces at your disposable. Off the grand hall there is the lounge, formal dining room, kitchen area, a w/c and two downstairs bedrooms both equipped with ensuite .

Gather in the formal dining room to admire the panoramic sea views providing the backdrop, and a long dining table seating sixteen guests. A fitted kitchen boasts all the appliances you need including an electric oven and gas hob, along with handcrafted wooden worktops and a breakfast bar, with the space flowing perfectly to the raised terrace dining area for stunning meals.

Up the grand stairs, and the sleeping quarters await. The bedrooms are lined off the traditional and spacious hallway, four of the five bedrooms enjoy beautiful en-suites with the fifth bedroom having the use of the upstairs family bathroom.

The master bedroom is befitting of the grandeur of the home, with panoramic views of the waters, walk in wardrobe, a traditional en-suite bathroom and a free standing brass bath in the bedroom to soak up the unparalleled views.
