Fantastic property, clean & very well equiped. Quiet location, a little haven away from the hustle and bustle but within an easy flat walk of the centre of Brighton. The host was proactive with communication & responded swiftly. A top place to stay.
Perfect apartment for our weekend with friends in Brighton. Great location, spotlessly clean and everything we could have wanted. Will deffo stay again when we are next in Brighton.Thank you!
Very lovely top floor flat...clean, warm, comfortable and spacious. Short walk to seafront and Kemp Town shops. Friendly and helpful communication with owner.
Hosts were very accommodating, were able to allow me early check in which was hugely appreciated and they left a cute little gift for my pet. I was here for almost a month and found this apartment had everything we needed. It's always nice to have extras like a dishwasher too and a good washing machine plus the living room is very spacious and the entire place has appealing decor. It's super close to the beach and several supermarkets for easy grocery shopping without a car, plus a quick walk to town. Everything was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Many thanks for everything
Very rare to find accommodation that looks even better in-person than the photos. Everything was perfect, with some really nice touches.
Definitely recommend!
TL;DR: fantastic property, great location, good fit for a family, extremely clean. Communication with the host was prompt, efficient and accurate, hosts were accommodating. Longer:The apartment is a good fit for a family of up to 6 (we had 3 teenagers). It is clean, has a good kitchen stocked with utensils. Big living room with a pull out sofa bed. There is a good size library of books, games and DVDs (including a DVD player). Things to note:- very walkable. The neighborhood is friendly and hipster-y. - WiFi was a bit wonky a times. Happens. But cellular coverage can be spotty at the area, so if you’re planning to uber or something, prepare. - It’s a walk up (2 floors), so if that’s an issue - consider. For us it was perfect. - hosts were really communicative, and we were able to get an early checkin, which was great (based on availability, I understand)- pro tip: the arcade at the promenade sells a 10 ride for 10 pounds after 5pm! Not related to this stay, but it’s good to know- tons of great restaurants aroundAsk in all- this was the best place to stay in Brighton for us.
Great appartment, great location. Be prepared to pay for parking and a bit of a walk
Appartment itself was very nice, ideal for a couple night stay in Brighton. Was a 5-10 min Uber from town centre but could also be walked in around 30 minutes. One issue we had was the parking. Website said on street parking but outside the apartment was disabled only or max stay of 4 hours which isn’t ideal for the weekend. We had to park in a bingo hall about a 10 min walk away from the apartment which was £18 for 24 hours with the choice of extending. Only other real issue was lack of information on arrival. I know other places we have stayed have included a welcome back with some basic info regarding wifi password (struggled to find the hub as it was behind a radiator cover) and what to do with the bins (this info was sent to us on the day of departure). Was told the host was fairly new so maybe just a bit of tweaking could resolve this. Other than these minor issues, stay was very nice. Would recommend and would stay again.
