The recently fully renovated house in 2022 is located in Koukaki area which is one of the safest and most famous Airbnb areas in the world!
Great location for every visitor! It is a 12-minute walk from the metro.
The house is located on a pedestrian street and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, living room with double sofa bed, TV with bluetooth soundbar, comfortable dining room for 6 people, large kitchen with all the comforts and 1.5 bathroom with shower cabin.
Very close to home you can find everything. In the opposite square there is a modern supermarket. In the surrounding streets you can find a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaners, barbecues and much more.
Koukaki is famous for its restaurants, cafes, pubs and nightlife. It is one of the safest neighborhoods in Athens even late at night.
Parking is free on the surrounding streets.

Our names are Tzely and Christos. Your hosts! We are a couple who aspire to add our own touch to your excellent and warm hospitality in Koukaki, Athens.We will try to make your stay unforgettable and leave you a sweet memory and a big smile!
Why they chose this property
In Koukaki are preserved careful neoclassical buildings with urban architecture, but also apartment buildings of the interwar period. However, in the area there are also many buildings that remain unexploited. Around the house you can find all the necessary shops such as: supermarket, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, dry cleaners and others.. A block away, on Fridays, from June to December (and from December to June is a little further) there is a traditional Greek street market. By early morning it is filled with gazebos selling fruits, vegetables, fresh fish, nuts and more but at 5 p.m., everything has disappeared. There, you can buy everything fresh and enjoy a unique mix of European and Eastern traditions that you can only find in Greece.
What makes this property unique
We live in a listed three-storey house built in 1938. In December 2021, the last radical 100% renovation of the accommodation was completed. Here you will find all the comforts that will make you feel at home!
