Completely renovated studio apartment in the heart of Rione Monti, a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. Quiet and elegant flat, perfect for an intimate stay in the Eternal City.
The studio is located on the second floor without lift and consists of a single room with living area, fully equipped kitchen, mezzanine with comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning, washing machine and wi-fi are provided in the flat.
According to national and WHO regulations, the temperature to be kept in the home must be around 20° C, with a maximum fluctuation of 2°. The maximum applicable temperature will therefore be 22° and the times for switching on the heating will be 6:00-8:00 and 17:30-23:30.
