Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We spent 2 hours trying to get into the apartment and finally had to give up and find another last minute hotel for our last 2 nights in Rome. Unfortunately, neither VRBO nor the host was able to help us resolve the problem. I will NEVER use VRBO again. We will try to get a refund.
