The location was ideal! As advertised, it's a short walk to the Colosseum, dining options and shops, but also just far enough that you get away from the crowds. The property was clean and came equipped with everything you might need on your trip — even spare power converters for those of us traveling from the U.S. Francesca gave incredibly clear and detailed instructions for check-in/check-out as well as how to use all of the appliances. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place

Great stay for a couple (we are in our 60's). Within walking distance to many attractions in Rome, and places to eat. Our host Francesca kept in touch and made sure we were informed. Would definitely book again.

Cozy nest, vibrant neighborhood. Apartment was furnished to a high standard, and Hostess was outstanding. Touches like a useful first aid kit, all cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, snacks, phone charger, and on and on made the stay much more pleasant than usual.

This flat is perfect for two people and in such a great area where everything is walkable. The owner replies to messages incredibly fast and we had no problems. The road could be a little bit noisy at times but it did not bother us through the night. I would recommend this place to anyone as it had everything you needed. It was super clean and I could not fault it.

AMAZING host and PERFECT location!

This was our first time in Italy, and Francesca’s apartment was the perfect spot for all the places we wanted to visit while in Rome. Her place was clean, very cute, and the perfect size for me and my husband! While we planned all of the sites we wanted to see, we had no idea where to eat, so Francesca was always readily available to suggest local-approved places to eat! Honestly, she was readily available to answer any question we had. Monti is a great neighborhood. There are breakfast places close by to grab a quick cappuccino before you start the day. We felt safe, and things really come alive at night. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Rome! We hope to be back Francesca!

Great location to base your visit to Rome

Stayed her for a couple days while on a week long Italian vacation with my daughter. It is exactly what you need when seeing the sites in Rome. You are walking distance to most sites you’ll want to visit. And after a long day of sightseeing, all you want is a clean and comfortable place to sleep, shower and start your next day’s adventure. This fit out requirements to the tee. Francesca was very pleasant to deal with and she has everything taken care of for your arrival and stay. The only warning I would say is you will hear people on the street going out and about at night. I am a very light sleeper and it really did not bother me because with all the sightseeing I was exhausted and had no trouble falling asleep. I rather enjoyed hearing the night life at bedtime. It did not keep my daughter up at all. Just a heads up because I think some people would be bothered by this, like I said though consider it part of the fun of staying in the heart of Rome. That is why I still have Francesca’s place 5 stars! Thank you for hosting us Francesca!

Francesa was very involved in making sure we were situated. The instructions booklet outlined the apt operations (in English). The apt was small as noted but was fine for me and my son for our week long stay. The location was ideal. A walk from the Termini Centrale. A twenty minute walk in any direction got you to nearly anywhere we wanted to be. The neighborhood was great. plenty of restaurants, groceries, gelaterias.

Klein aber fein mit perfekter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war klein aber fein und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral; man befindet sich direkt im Zentrum und hat nur wenige Gehminuten zu den besten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Zu Beginn ging unser Herd nicht, deshalb hat Francesca direkt für einen Ersatz gesorgt.
