The two - floor building consists of two single level apartments, accessed by stairs, each of them offering a living space of 160 sq.m., suitable for 6 guests (12 guests in total).
Each apartment boasts an open space living room, airy and minimal, inviting you to spend endless hours of rest from the hot sun, on a super comfortable L-shaped sofa and elegant armchairs and enjoy unique facilities: a flat screen 50" TV with satellite channels, air-conditioning, fast Wi-Fi connection in all spaces, a variety of books and a wonderful view of the lush nature from the big balcony doors!

The kitchen of each apartment, with dining area, offers plenty of space, all the necessary electrical appliances, cooking equipment, pantry items and tableware to prepare any meal you wish!

From the living room, you can access the balcony, furnished also with a modern dining table, and modern sitting spots. Either you enjoy an outdoor family meal or your morning coffee or drink, you will smell the sea breeze and the fresh oxygen form the surrounding vegetation!

Each apartment offers three spacious bedrooms with big closets, air conditioning units and modern decoration, offering absolute comfort. The Master bedroom with king-size anatomic mattress and double pillows offers access to a lovely balcony with sea view!
The second bedroom, also with a king-size bed, double pillows and high quality linen offers an en-suite bathroom with shower!
The third bedroom (with twin beds at the 2nd floor apartment and one king-size bed at the 1st floor apartment) offers direct access to the spacious balcony of the open plan space!

Both apartments boast two spacious bathrooms, fully equipped with all necessary toiletries. The Master one, has a big bathtub, bidet and washing machine, while the second one, attached to the second bedroom, offers a shower. The 1st floor apartment has also a WC at the open plan space, for even more comfort.

At the backyard of the complex, there is a stone fenced patio, with plenty of space for outdoor meals!

✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the apartments.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the complex for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ For reservations of at least 7 days, cleaning is offered in the middle of the stay.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
