Prigipessa Villa is located in Stalos with a panoramic view of Chania gulf. It is built under high standards and it is dominated by the strong presence at the local elements. Prigipessa Villa has also jacuzzi, satelite TV, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, air condition, telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, safe box, stereo music and private parking. The interior is mainly characterized by its open-air spaces. The exterior is designed to provide total relaxation. The pool is also suitable for younger ages. Stay truly will be magical.
It consists of 6 large and spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 6 bathrooms. It has heating and cooling system, alarm, space, comfort and silent operation. Entering the villa, there is an open plan living room with satellite TV and the comfortable sofas. The kitchen has all the equippment and appliances that can be necessary. At the same area, there is the dining area for up to 14 people. 4 double beds and 2 single beds each.
You will find the huge garden where the private swimming pool. At the same part of the garden, where you can sit and relax admiring the wonderful view. In the garden there is also a barbecue area, covered with wooden pergola. Except of the barbecue, in these areas there is a large playground with children.
Prigipessa Villa offers a friendly environment and you will definitely enjoy your stay there. The villa is suitable for family vacations and for those who want to have superb unforgettable holidays! Ideal for holidays in Crete island, ideal for relaxation in the magnificent environment.

Crete family holiday

The villa is beautifully situated and we had everything we needed and more. We had a few problems the first few days but they were taken care of quickly enough. Had a wonderful stay thank you Maria! I would just recommend some updating and maintenance as not everything in the villa is as high quality as it looks.

Family Graduation Celebration

We stayed at the Villa with our children and grandchildren, a total of 12 of us. We had a wonderful time. The accomodations were perfect. Maria was very helpful with anything we needed. The pool was fantastic, as soon as we got back from a day trip, our 12 year old grandson was immediately in the pool. We ate most of our meals at the outdoor eating area, which was comfortable for all of us with a beautiful view. Fabio was more than helpful in the preparations for our visit. We loved it! One thing that could be resolved is the property entrance. The main gate is not used, but Google Maps sends you to it. The other entrance is much more convenient to everything, but we were unsure on our arrival and had people come to the wrong entrance.

Unforgettable stay in this top luxury villa!

In the reality this villa is just amazing and top luxury standard.It is impossible to capture its beauty in photos. It is perfect for larger groups/families with children and really ideal in case you need to organize an event outdoor like we did for the anniversary of my father. The big plus is also the location ( close to grocery,restaurant,beach .etc) and the real stunning and unforgettable sea view. The owner was extremely hospitable and arranged for everything and anything we possibly needed. Don't even think about booking this place, just do it!
