Centrally located, brand new top floor studio with terrace in picturesque renovated house in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena. 5 minutes walking distance from train station and 12 min walking distance from the beach. The apartment is located on the Top floor of the building and has a large terrace with table and chairs and many trees and flowers. It is accessible via 2 sets of stairs (there is no lift at the property). The house is located in quiet square, only 4 minutes walk from the Arroyo del Miel/Benalmadena train station that connects directly with the airport, Torremolinos, Malaga and Fuengirola.
