The property is a townhouse located near Worcester Hospital and Warndon Business Park, near the city centre. The Semi-detached is 2 story with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, ground floor lounge. There is a large kitchen and decent size rear garden to accommodate outdoor seating.
Access is provided after checking in procedure is completed and deposit is placed.

Fee Parking is available at the property for two cars.
We require a security deposit of £100 which is returned unless there is smoking, damage, theft or excessive cleaning required.
All guest will need to comply with our checking in procedure which will be sent via link. All guest ID will need to be provide.
One bedroom will be activated per 2 guests, unless specified. Additional per bedroom is £30

House Rules
● Noise levels must be kept strictly under 75 dBA during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time; Neighbourhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM.
● No smoking allowed inside the apartments, if smoking is detected this will result in a £200 fine.
● Pets are not allowed.
● Street parking is described in your check-in instruction email. We take no responsibility for guests vehicles or possessions.
● Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated; this will result in immediate termination of your stay.
● If the neighbours are disturbed, Rooms Near Me reserves the right to ask the guest(s) to vacate the premises with no refund.
● All Alcohol must be disposed of by placing the rubbish in the waste removal bag and placed in the rubbish bins.
● Guests must maintain all property and furnishings in good order.
● Guests may only use appliances for their intended use.
● Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property.
● All guests are the sole responsibility of the main guest; You will be charged in your deposit for undeclared guests and further charges.
● Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit; exceeding your check-out time on the day of departure will be charged at £50 an hour, plus the cost of any knock-on effects on other guests i.e., delaying subsequent check-ins or in the event of cancellation due to inability to access the property at the required check-in time, at the fault of the guest not adhering to the check-out time, you will be liable to reimburse the host of loss of earnings.
● Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting; we, the host, hold no obligation or responsibility of such packages, the host will not be liable.
● Guests are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home; you must report it immediately.
● All trash must be taken out and placed in the onsite refuse bins. Failure to do so will result in a fine of £200. Extra cleaning that is required will be billed accordingly to you.
● Any misuse of shower facilities, appliances that will lead to excessive damage, the guest is liable to pay the host the full amount cost to repair the property or item, plus the loss of earnings that may incur.
● Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time.
