Villa El Olivar by Villa Plus
Villa El Olivar is a spacious 3 bedroom villa located just 5 minutes’ drive from both Torrox and Penoncillo sandy beaches. This lovely villa benefits from a comfortable living space area as well as a sun lounge on the entrance terrace with views over the surroundings and to the sea. Torrox Costa resort centre is a few minutes’ drive away and the nearby white village of Frigiliana and the beach resort of Nerja are both a short drive. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa El Olivar is located in a residential area of Torrox Costa. Within a 10-minute walk, there is a minimarket, and the central area of Torrox Costa, offering various restaurants and bars, can be reached in under 5 minutes by car. A 20-minute car ride will take you to the picturesque village of Frigiliana or the larger resort of Nerja, known for its charming Old Town and a wider selection of shops and restaurants.
Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1.1 - 1.5 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
This villa has a ground floor which is inaccessible.The air conditioning is centralised and via vents all around the villa. There is a central control panel located in the living room.
