Watervilla de Ijsvogel is located in a very favorable location in the park, overlooking the beach. From the harbor you can sail onto Friesland's most famous waterways. The holiday home is beautifully furnished, has just been completely renovated and is suitable for 6 people. You have a nice view of the water from the living room, kitchen and terrace. The sandy beach with play equipment and the fitness trail along the water are less than a 2-minute walk away. You can rent a boat at the water sports club around the corner if you don't have one yourself and the pleasant center of Langweer with some restaurants and bars is also within walking distance of the park.

On the ground floor there is the hall, a first bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a sink and a separate toilet. If you go up a few steps, you enter the bright living room with the cozy seating area, the open, fully equipped kitchen and the dining table. Through the many large windows, you can look out over the water from almost anywhere and you can step onto the spacious terrace with garden furniture. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms for 2 people each and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. From the slightly higher middle floor, the view is very nice over the beautiful water of the Langweerder Wielen. In addition, there is a very spacious garden at the front of the house.

Environment

Langweer is an active area and not just for water sports enthusiasts. Cyclists and hikers can also start a beautiful route through the green landscape of Friesland directly from the park. You can experience even more water fun in the subtropical swimming pool 'Swimfun' in Joure or in the sauna 'de Woudfennen'. You can play golf at 'Burggolf St. Nicolaasga' and when the weather is bad you can go indoor skiing, ice skating or visit a museum.
You can rent sloops in Langweer, a few hundred meters from the park. From the park you sail to the Langweerder Wielen and from there the Fleussen, Slotermeer and Sneekermeer are easy to navigate. During a trip you can enjoy beautiful nature interspersed with characteristic villages and old city centers.
