Vista dos Pescadores, a delightful villa has a private pool, a large terrace with BBQ and amazing views across the lagoon. It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, so it's ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people. The lagoon and beach a short stroll from the villa for swimming and water sports. Foz do Arelho, a 5 minute drive away, has an expansive sandy beach with rolling Atlantic waves and with shops, vibrant bars and restaurants to enjoy. Four exceptional golf courses are nearby.
There is an entrance hall through the front door with three large bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed, the other two with twin beds. All ground floor bedrooms have TV's and there are two bathrooms, one en suite with a shower, and the other with a bath and shower over the bath.
The open plan lounge and dining area can be accessed via the marble staircase from the hall where you will be greeted with the magnificent view of the lagoon. The dining table seats eight people and there is a lounge area with cable TV and DVD player and discs. The well equipped new kitchen overlooks the dining area.
There is a fourth double bedroom and bathroom on this floor too with a Juliet balcony with views to the mouth of the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.
The top floor roof terrace and attic room are accessible via the external marble staircase leading to a large terrace with a built-in BBQ, a dining table and a separate comfortable seating area where the glorious views of the lagoon can be enjoyed. There is an attic games room with a chill out area with casual seating, including a double sofa bed and table football for the kids (and adults!) to enjoy. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, washing machine and sink and clothes dryers.
The private garden has an 8 x 3 metre pool, sun loungers and another dining area for al fresco meals.
