No power when we arrived. Supposedly it was a grid problem, but the neighbors had power so I’m not sure. There are some serious maintenance issues like shelves in the bathroom barely hanging on the wall, as well as the top board on the stairs being very loose creating a severe tripping and safety concern. The place really needs some deep cleaning. Cracks in caulking in bathrooms, filthy baseboards, smoke detectors hanging from ceilings, and inconsistent messaging between the message in the app and written directions in the house (specifically regarding checkout procedures). Overall, pretty disappointed in the property.
