Logement très fonctionnel, spacieux, très bien équipé. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, nous avons pu admirer des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle !Il est aussi bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces de première nécessité. Les hôtes sont accueillants et ont fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse. Ils sont flexibles sur les horaires. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !

Bonjour, nous prévoyons de réaménager l’espace véranda d’ici la fin de l’année afin d’y créer une troisième chambre indépendante. Celle-ci bénéficiera d’une bonne isolation phonique et thermique, ainsi que d’un système d’occultation efficace pour garantir confort et intimité." MHéléne

Unser Urlaub 2 Wochen im August 2024

Im großen und ganzen war die Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Wie man auf den älteren Fotos sehen kann, der Baum hinter der Terrasse ist mittlerweile um einiges größer, ist das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Nur die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unseren Anforderungen und wir haben erst einmal sauber gemacht. Man sollte sich,durch die Nähe zum Wasser,mit Mückenlampe und Salben eindecken. Ansonsten tolle, ruhige Lage,alles fußläufig zu erreichen...Meer, sehr flach und daher gut mit Kindern, mit einer Strandbar in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Bäckerei,kleine Läden in 4 Minuten Richtung Strand. .Grösseres Einkaufzentrum ca. 1 km mit dem Auto. In der Innenstadt, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, viele Restaurants,eine Stierkampf Arena und eine Kirmes für Jung und Alt und weiteren Angeboten. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal in dier wunderschönen Gegend.... Nur die Sauberkeit, klebrige

Très bon emplacement.

Bel appartement très complet, bien situé, propriétaires forts sympathiques qui ont pris la peine de venir nous visiter. Bon séjour, trop court, un peu gâché par le mauvais temps.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet hébergement complet et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont des personnes chaleureuses et à l'écoute des locataires afin de pouvoir leur apporter toute l'aide nécessaire. Merci encore pour cette belle semaine !

Excellent séjour tous points de vue (27 décembre 2018 au 3 janvier 2019)

Séjour vraiment excellent ! L'accueil de Marie-Hélène et Daniel est très sympathique. Ils nous ont fait tout à fait confiance et nous ont prêté tout ce que nous souhaitions pour les enfants ! La maison est vraiment très agréable, lumineuse, et le cadre très beau pour profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil (tous les soirs... le ciel s'enflamme !). Nous avons tout fait à pied dans Palavas, avec enfants et poussette, plage, étangs, courses, la belle vie tranquille pendant cette semaine d'hiver (et maison très bien chauffée, ne pas hésiter à baisser largement le chauffage !). Nous ne pouvons que recommander et reviendrons sans hésitation si l'occasion se représente. Merci encore. Elisabeth et Gérard

Très bon sejour en famille

Très belle maison les propriétaires sont des gens charmants. Nous avions la climatisation dans la maison car à certains moments il faisait très chaud. La maison est bien équipée. Cette maison est située près de la plage seul inconvénient c est que tous les parkings sont payants autour de la résidence. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour à palavas.

Super !

Je recommande fortement cette location, les propriétaires sont agréables gentils et très serviables. C'est rare de trouver des gens comme Mr et Mme Monard. Le logement est spacieux, très bien aménagé, et il y a une vue splendide par beau temps. En deux mots, vous n'avez aucune hésitation à avoir pour louer la maison. Merci encore pour votre accueil, et vos services rendu.

Cool place. Super location. Great holiday.

The appartment was exactly right for us and the town of Palavas is charming. It has great beaches and if you like boats a couple of canals/rivers that go through it and lots of boating activity. The whole area is a an area of outstanding natural beauty, with day trips to Aigues Mortes and the Carmargues, Nimes, St Guilhem Le Desert and even Carcassonne for a day trip.

Superbe vacance en famille

Nous avons passer de superbe vacance en famille, logement tres spacieux et propre. Proche de la plage et des commerces ainsi que du centre de Palavas les flots. Propriétaire très à l’écoute et aux petits soins ... nous recommandons vivement !!!!
