Stunning Sea View Apartment with Free Parking
Harbour View is a bright and spacious first-floor apartment with its own dedicated parking space and spectacular sea views overlooking Towan Beach and Newquay’s historic harbour. Centrally located, everything you need is just a short walk away. From sandy beaches and great surf to local shops, the harbour and fantastic restaurants, Newquay has something for everyone. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a fun family beach holiday, Harbour View is a great base for your stay.
THE SPACE
Harbour View comfortably sleeps up to four guests and a baby. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be made up as a king-size bed if requested in advance. A travel cot and high chair are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a Smart TV and superfast fibre broadband, ideal for browsing, streaming or working remotely.
To help you settle in, we provide a small starter supply of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and hand soap. These may not last for the full length of your stay, so we recommend bringing a few extras if you’re staying more than a couple of nights.
THINGS TO NOTE
• The apartment is on the first floor and guests need to be comfortable using one flight of stairs to access it.
• While there is a lift in the building, we do not list it as a feature as we cannot guarantee that it will be in service throughout your stay.
• Do be aware that during peak times, especially in summer, Newquay can be noisy late into the evening due to the nightclubs.
• The default bed setup is one king and two singles. If you would like the singles made up as a king, please let us know at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival.
• Cot bedding is not provided, so please bring your own.
• Bedding and towels are included, but beach towels are not.
• The apartment is fully PAT tested and fire risk assessed, with current certification in place for your peace of mind.

Harbour View is one of our own holiday apartments, and we’ve set it up as a comfortable, easy space to relax and enjoy the incredible sea and harbour views. We’re based in the South West and have always been drawn to the coast. Whether it’s surfing, swimming, walking or just being by the sea, it’s a big part of how we spend our time. We love Newquay and feel lucky to have a place here that we can share with others looking to enjoy the same connection to the ocean and coastline.

Over the years we’ve kept coming back here, and having a place overlooking Towan Beach and Newquay Harbour gives us a view we never get tired of.

You can sit in the comfy armchairs and watch the boats, surfers and tides come and go. It’s on the first floor, so only one flight of stairs, and has its own parking space just outside. The flat is bright and welcoming, with superfast fibre broadband, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a break by the sea. You’re only a short walk from beaches, restaurants and the town centre, but the setting feels calm and tucked away.
