Authentic Provencal farmhouse located less than 20 km from Aix en Provence and Marseille, 30 minutes from Cassis and the beautiful beaches of the blue coast in the heart of a property of 180 hectares of forest and cultivated agricultural land .

In the garden: private pool, terrace and tennis.

The house has 10 rooms and is 220 m2: 5 rooms in the main house (living room, televison room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with WC, 2 separate WC) and 5 parts in Schedule (5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom / WC).

A tower is attached to the house but not communicating. It is inhabited during the rental period. The tower has its own entrance, terrace, garden, swimming pool, etc.

Perfect place to stay

We spent 12 days and loved every moment. The booking and communication were really easy. The house is perfect for larger groups with multiple families. We loved the pizza oven, pool and tennis court. So much to do at the house it's easy to forget you have Provence to explore.

Perfect setting!

We had a fried reunion of 16 people for the Rugby World Cup. The house was perfect, and hostess Fanny went above and beyond to help everything run smoothly. The amenities are all very fitting for the rural setting. Loved our 5 days!

A wonderful house for a big family

We were a family of 15 members covering three generations. Fanny welcomed us with a nice introduction to the house and all its facilities. The house is a very beautiful and charming old house with a fantastic atmosphere. It is very well furnished with good sized bedrooms and lounges. The kitchen is very well equipped with all what you need. We enjoyed all the outdoor facilities which provided opportunities for children in different ages as well as their parents. The location in the middle of a lovely natural area is excellent. If someone is arriving by public transport the house is easy to acces from the airport by train and bus. We can give the house and our host, Fanny our best recommendations. Birgit and Henning

Fanny nous a accueilli de façon très naturelle en nous donnant rapidement toutes les info. nécessaires pour que nous nous sentions "comme chez nous". Le gîte est très bien équipé à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et très agréable à vivre. Il y a bien plus que le nécessaire. De 2 à 92 ans, chacun a trouvé ce week end très agréable.

Large Family Group Holiday

Fantastic property and Fanny the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming … It was a super place to hang out in all day - as we had 2 babies and 2toddlers needing daytime naps having everything on the spot was ideal - snd people could head off to different areas eg tennis court or (safely-gated) swimming areas in smaller groups. Only downside probably was that the immediate small villages/towns needed cars to access snd were rather uninspiring, and, as it was August we didn’t go to beaches as quite a drive snd overcrowded (by all accounts!) But had several lovely walks around accessible wooded tracks locally and we all went to Aix for half days. Not ‘luxurious’ but very good value for a homely and robust house with lots of character and space. Young children adored discovering endless boxes of amazing old toys and plenty of games on site eg table football, table tennis, pétanque. Would highly recommend for families with young children

Tre generationer i hedebølge

Vi havde ikke klaret en uge i Mimet i o. 35 gr uden pool og poolområde. Stedet er helt fantastisk. Der er god plads til alle alle vegne. Min 70års fødselsdag blev fejret med balloner og musik til sent, uden at Fanny og hendes familie blev generet. Yderst venlig og hjælpsom værtinde.

Extraordinary and magical!

This was by far one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! The experience was amazing and the home was superb! There were toys for our daughter along with a high chair. We felt like we had the true French countryside experience. There was no reason to leave the property between the pool, tennis courts and outside space. Along with being at the end of the road, the house backs up to nature as far as you can see. The owner couldn’t have been more thoughtful, even wishing me a Happy Birthday days after we departed. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Parfait pour une famille nombreuse

Nous étions 3 familles (15 personnes) et le séjour était parfait. La maison est au calme mais très bien située (plein de visites possibles autour dont de belles randonnées au départ même de la maison. Elle est, de plus, très bien équipée. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine, du terrain de tennis, du boulodrome et du four à pizza. Et pour couronner le tout, la propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous avons adoré !

Excellent weekend dans un cadre magnifique

Tout était réuni pour que l' anniversaire de mon papa soit réussi : très grande bâtisse joliment décorée, "style provençal " avec grand jardin ombragé et équipements sportifs, de quoi satisfaire toute la famille. Sans compter l'accueil chaleureux de Fanny. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Excellent séjour en famille et amis

Fanny est une excellente hôte avec une grande disponibilité et très agréable. Le mas est bien situé hors agglomération dans les bois, mais proches des commerces. C'est une belle demeure de caractère, agréable et spacieuse avec 8 chambres, disposant de tout le nécessaire pour accueillir une vingtaine de personnes. Nous étions ravis de profiter à la fois de la piscine, du terrain de tennis et du terrain de pétanque. Nous avons aussi fait plusieurs barbecues. L'usage du fond de cuisine qui est très garnie, est autorisé. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de points négatifs. Nous aimerions y retourner une prochaine fois pour y rester plus longtemps.
