Fully refurbished in January 2013 there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open plan living room and kitchen area for relaxing. Outside you have your own private parking, decking and hot tub. This property is perfect for couples wanting a romantic break or for small groups or families.
The property is within walking distance of the Cruin, Duck Bay and Cameron House wedding venues. It is a short car journey from Luss and Boturich castle.

    Excellent Stay

    My daughter, grandson and myself had a short but wonderful stay. The cottage was immaculate with comfortable beds and bedding. Beautiful location with a couple of restaurants within walking distance and my grandson enjoyed the nearby aquarium and boat trip. Would definitely recommend

    Comfortable and cosy

    We were upgraded from Rose cottage to Oak lodge last minute which was lovely surprise! We enjoyed our stay very much. The lodge was very spacious, comfortable and cosy with the underfloor heating. The hot tub was an additional bonus although it took two days to warm up (to be fair we did not report this to staff). Excellent views out the huge patio ceiling to floor windows. Just a few minutes walk to Loch Lomond and Duck bay is walkable from the lodge.

    Weekend away.

    I'm actually disappointed in my stay. I asked for a cot for our son in the booking. Even asked on the day of coming and still didn't get it. I had to phone them. Lucky I did. As lady didn't turn up till the next day. The hot tub worked on the Friday , and Saturday didn't work at all. Was cold and had a fault. So all in all I was disappointed, and didn't think it was worth the money extra on weekends. I paid, wish I stayed somewhere else for the money.

    Dear Samantha, Thank your for your comments. You are correct in so far as the housekeepers forgot to leave a travel cot in the property for you. What you have not made clear is that when you arrived, you phoned us on the contact number given to point this out and i personally ran you round a travel cot right there and then. This was a simple omission immediately corrected. Unlike many self catering properties where you are left on your own, particularly over weekends ,we are on site every day and we have a presence to assist guests if they are unsure of how anything works or in the occasional circumstance if equipment fails. The fault code on the hot tub was low water level. We would have simply come around and put the hose that is next to the tub on ( it is a hot water hose so would not have cooled the tub ) to top up the level and get it working. it would have taken us 5 minutes to get you back up and running. For info, you took advantage of a heavily discounted voucher promotion run for this property, small weekend supplements apply when using this deal route. yours sincerely.

    Lovely stay at the Rose Cottage. Fantastic location right next to Loch Lomound. Photos, particularly of hot tub don’t quite do the cottage justice. We liked it so much more than the photos. Beautiful trees and views from hot tub including the farms chickens which the kids loved. Many thanks

    Wonderful place!

    I had booked the entire cottage property for my son's wedding for 3 days. The location was perfect with its natural surroundings and its proximity to the Boturich Castle. The amenities were modern. The host guide book had informative tips on local eateries and conveniences. Dave the owner was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The cottages were spotless and well maintained. All in all a perfect setting for our family and friends who came from all parts of the world. We loved it.

    Had a fabulous second stay in rose cottage, immaculate and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very peaceful, has sky and sky sports which was a bonus for my partner, hot tub excellent and stayed warm for ages, were lucky on the second stay that the sky was clear and got to see the stars whilst in the hot tub, will definitely book again and highly recommend, comfy bed too.

    Excellent dog friendly accommodation for an overnight stay

    Exactly what we wanted to split our journey on way up to Skye. Clean, dog friendly accommodation. Comfortable bed. Excellent communication. Easy check in.     Cosy Cottage

    Exceede our expectations,Rose Cottage was a wee haven for a quiet relaxing getaway ,Hot Tub was brilliant ,beds comfortable,everything you needed for your comfort 2 bathrooms one with showr other a bath,so peaceful and quiet,David helped with TV set up other than that had no need to contact staff ,got call at lunchtime on day of arrival to tell us Cottage was ready and we were welcome to check in early..
