A few problems....

The owner Petri was awesome. We called with a few problems and he came right over fixed them as best he could. There was not enough kitchen items....Had to borrow a large frying pan from a relative near by. The people we met at the complex were friendly/nice but a few small/loud children living there. Also a lot of barking, whining dogs. One LR couch was horrible hard and the other tolerable. No comfortable chairs/recliners in the unit. The walls were paper thin. The add for the unit should include not ideal for retired people. The location was very good.

you should have asked for bigger fry pan,i have 3 size fry pans every unit.

Two month stay in Surprise,AZ

The whole process was so easy. The unit was spotless. We even were allowed to bring our cat. The balcony was perfect with a solid mesh screen so our cat was free to spend time out there and no worries of getting out. Perfect home base as we were house hunting. Close to freeways and shopping.

Booked last minute. Condo was very clean. New towels, clean linens, comfortable bed. Kitchen has new pots, pans, and appliances seemed new - everything you need to prepare meals. We were on third floor. It was quiet. Outside, a little noisy from traffic. Overall, it was good for money paid.
