With 5 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed, 3 full beds, and 1 twin bed, this tranquil retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. The villa features 5 bathrooms, complete with amenities like a hair dryer, bidet, and bathtub. You'll also find AC, a washing machine, and WiFi for your convenience. Immerse yourself in the phenomenal surroundings and unwind in the serene atmosphere. Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply relaxing by the pool, we hope you enjoy what our place and Xàbia has to offer. The location is 15 minutes from Xàbia beaches and restaurants, 25 minutes from Denia, 15 minutes from shopping center LA Marina. Parking for 2-3 cars. Villa is located on top of the street with valley view, but not acceptable for kids from1 till 6 years old as it's on high slope. Wonderful relaxation in the huge 5x11 m pool and gazebo from Bali.

The house was exactly like the photos—beautifully decorated and even better in person. It’s very spacious, with a large pool that gets some afternoon shade, which we really appreciated. All the rooms are a great size, especially the master, and three of them are ensuite. The house is fully equipped—we had everything we needed. A couple of small things weren’t working when we arrived, but Tatiana sorted them out straight away. Communication was excellent.

Villa 5 chambres pour 10 personnes

Le cadre est idéal pour se reposer, pas de bruit ni de vis à vis. La villa est spacieuse et 5 couples cohabitent aisément. La cuisine est complète, reste qu'une plaque à induction serait la bienvenue. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et la piscine très grande reste constamment propre. Je recommande vivement cette villa.ettcation
