About Ca la Façana Apartment



This apartment at the front of the building consists of 3 floors. The entrance is located on the ground floor by the terrace. Here, there is a workspace and a toilet. In front of the apartment, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.



The staircase leads to the first floor. Here, you will find the open kitchen with a dining area and a living area. There is a pellet stove for extra warmth during the colder months.



On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the landing, there is an additional workspace and a sofa with views over St. Felliu de Pallerols and the surrounding mountains.



For additional heating, the apartment is equipped with electric radiators.



The apartment has a large enclosed garden, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area that are shared with guests from five other apartments.
