This studio features a step-free layout with a double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Amenities include TV, heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. It is the only unit in the house with a small private garden behind the cottage.
The main highlight is the 5,000 m² fully fenced garden with lawn, trees, a unique pool, barbecues, several relaxation areas, and an agility park for pets. The garden is shared with few guests, as the total capacity of the property is limited.
Parking inside the property, a game room with a billiard table, and pet admission are included. The nearest village is just 2 km away. Access is easy and the location is well connected. On weekdays and at certain times, but never at night, there may be some road noise.
