The apartment is very spacious and has just been (March 2024) redecorated and freshly furnished to a very good standard. The apartment is perfectly located as a base for your London stay, whether on pleasure or business, as it is 3 minutes from Baker Street station with the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines – so you can travel to almost anywhere else in central London on a short, direct route. There are 5 supermarkets 2 minutes from your apartment of varied brands – Tesco Express, Co-op Food, The Fruit Garden and Londis as well as a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops at a similar distance and across Marylebone Road in the longer section of Baker Street. For travel, Marylebone rail station is 5 minutes’ walk. Euston, St. Pancras (for Eurostar), King’s Cross and Paddington (Heathrow Express) rail stations are each a short walk ride and Victoria station (for the Gatwick Express) is 20 minutes away.
The entrance to the apartment from the lifts is on the 4th floor. The spacious living room has a sofa and armchair as well as a dining table and chairs for 4. A highchair for an infant can be provided on request. 2 sets of windows overlook the narrow, cobbled street behind the building and adjacent buildings, respectively. There is a large-screen SMART TV with standard channels as well as streaming services. Free WiFi and central heating operate throughout the apartment.
The well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and has an electric hob/stovetop, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
The spacious Master Bedroom has a UK king-size bed (US Queen) and ample built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms are quiet for central London as they overlook relatively a quiet street. Both bedrooms are carpeted throughout, as is the living room.
The adjacent Bathroom has a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower as well as a toilet and wash-hand basin.
The good-sized Second Bedroom has a Double bed as well as a wardrobe, shelves and a desk and chair, suitable for work or contact with family or friends. A quality floor mattress can be provided with linen, pillow etc. for a 5th guest. There is no charge for this and it can be placed in the Master Bedroom, the Second Bedroom or in the Living Room. Marylebone retains something of its village character and is one of the most exclusive residential areas in London. It’s not hard to see why – with the vast area of Regent’s Park so close by, the truly unique character of the shops in Marylebone Village High Street and with such a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops within easy reach on foot, it is a community in itself whilst also so close to the appeal of Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street as well as Soho, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus and so much more just a short distance away.

Please note that there is a flat Late Check-In Fee of GBP 50.00 payable on arrival, if you arrive from 21.00 onwards or if you arrive significantly later than your planned arrival time without letting us know of the change.
A security deposit of GBP 300.00 is secured by VRBO and will only be claimed if there are any damages in the apartment during your stay.
