Great stay overall. The location is excellent, and everything in the apartment is new and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of nearby markets for anything you need.Beds were comfortable (slightly on the firm side), and the sofa bed worked well for the kids. WiFi was good in the living room and kitchen, but weaker in the bedrooms — a signal booster would help. The building feels very local, which made the experience even better. Only minor issue was the bathroom door locks not latching properly.Host was very accommodating with check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
The apartment is spacious and the beds comfortable. It is in a great location yet quiet. Our problem was communication with management. Our kids accidentally took both sets of keys to Florence for the day so we were locked out of the apartment. We texted management at 9:30 am and received no reply until 10 pm—and that said they had been away for the day. So when we needed help they did not reply for 12 hours. We were also surprised that they never checked in with us during our 8 day stay or had a midweek cleaning.

The apartment was very clean, well maintained and exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for our family of five. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.
The apartment was just as advertised, two king size beds!! Great location, easy to walk to all the prime sites you come to Rome to see. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again!!
Property was centrally located, clean, and very modern. Very walkable to all main attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. Building was very safe and in a nice, quiet residential area. Highly recommend.

The apartment was a bit pricey, but the best stay we had in Europe. It was close to everything we wanted to see in Rome. It was very quiet, had 2 true king size beds and the showers worked very well. The unit was in pristine condition as it was newly renovated.

Absolutely Perfect Stay – A True Gem in the Heart of Rome!
I don’t even know where to begin—this apartment far exceeded our expectations. When we arrived in Rome, we were a bit overwhelmed, but that quickly changed when we were greeted by Liza, our kind and welcoming host. She walked us through everything we needed to know and even left us a thoughtful welcome package of snacks and drinks. The apartment is a beautiful blend of modern comfort and Roman charm, located just steps from Piazza Navona. Everything is spotless and stylish. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are pristine with great water pressure, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. The kitchen and living area made us feel truly at home—perfect for our family of five. The location is unbeatable. The neighborhood is lively by day and magical by night, with amazing restaurants, gelato spots, and piazzas all around. It’s also a short walk to the Trevi Fountain. We honestly couldn’t find a single negative thing to say. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Don’t hesitate—book this place!
This is a beautiful property in the heart of a Rome. A short walk to Piazza Navona and other sites. Supermarket nearby. Property was clean and spacious and worked very well for three adults and three children (with crib provided). A few stairs before an elevator is accessible. A longer wait to check-in than hoped, since texts weren’t being responded to—ended up having to call and waiting outside for 30 minutes. Also, when encountered a small American problem with the dryer, didn’t get a response to text. But VRBO messaging yielded responses about needing help with crib and transfer to airport. Communication was positive at start of booking. But unclear later. The building was also an active construction site in late Oct. 2024 and was disruptive And loud. That was frustrating with three kids.
