Tastefully decorated in a quiet residential area very close to Perth City Centre. Few minutes walk from railway station and Dewars Centre. Designated parking for two cars, with further free parking in neighbouring streets. The property has a self-contained garden and a shed for storage of bikes and outdoor sports equipment. Ground floor: living room which extends into a dining area; well furbished kitchen. Upper floor: shower room with WC; three bedrooms - one king size bed; two double beds.

Perth is in the very heart of Scotland and at the heart of connecting roads and railways to the north, south, east and west. A 10mins drive takes you into the countryside; 20mins into Highland Perthshire; 40 mins to the East Neuk; and 40 mins to Edinburgh Airport.
Perth provides an excellent base for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling, fishing and golf; and has a wide range of restaurants to come back to in the evening; or enjoy an open air lunch in the café quarter.
