Experience this cozy apartment conveniently located in the west side of the island, Ramey Aguadilla. The spacious apartment has one queen bed equiped with a fregitator, microwave Coffe maker and a nice bathroom, with a nice decorated terrace so one can experience the nice breeze from the ocean minutes away. The airport is 3 minutes driving distance and the closest beach is about five minutes in car. We recommend to have car since we have no u re in the area and the beaches are down the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is beautifully decorated and feels so warm and inviting the moment you walk in. It was the perfect spot for some much-needed rest and relaxation. Communication with Jo Ann was excellent—she was always responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. This is truly a great place to unwind, and we would definitely stay here again!

Honeymoon escape!

Loved staying here! It was perfect for just my husband and I! Right near the airport in Aguadilla! Perfect for the west side of the island endeavors! Property manager was very nice 😊

Great location.

Safe location 3 minutes from BQN airport. Good communication with host. Clean room with basic amenities. Would have gotten 5 stars, if not for the work being done on premises. Could not use small patio or outside shower at all due to work being done. Otherwise it was a great stay. workjusabeverday

The studio was very nicely decorated, clean and practical.

It was overall a very nice stay with a flexible check in and check out.The property manager Brenda was very sweet and responded quickly to any questions I had. I really enjoyed my bike rides to a near by bakery called Levain (the best coffee). The neighborhood is tranquil and silent, perfect to relax outside on the hammack.

Was a horrible stay for us. I usually never write reviews but this place was a nightmare. First night we got in and the mat and floor wet from what it looked like it was coming from the main house. I think they were remodeling the main home and they were making noise late and early. The worst thing was the floors being nasty and wet. The shower barely had any water

The decor was lovely. It would have been great but the tv and main light were not working. There was water on the floor when we arrived from leak that Jo Ann said was fixed while we were there. The small fridge freezer was full of frost and wasn’t usable and the bathroom sink water flow was minimal. Jo Ann responded promptly to correct problems. Many thanks to her👏 The directions need to be better - imap needed English but google map was better. We would stay there again if everything was working. All 3 others vrbo locations we stayed at in Puerto Rico did not have problems with amenities.

First of all, I wanted to stay in an apartment close to a place where there was a festival (Aguadichella), and selected this place, because it was 10 minutes (walking distance) from the apartment to the Festival site. However, the address provided was incorrect. It was 27 minutes driving to the place. Second, I had to communicate directly with the owner, since I never received instructions to access the apartment. I must say that she responded quite quickly, but she should have sent instructions to avoid unnecessary calls and/or messages. The apartment was very organized, however, there were spider webs in the decoration, and there was dirt on the floor. There was an ironing board, but there was no iron. And the worst thing that could happen to me; there were workers early in the morning, throwing construction material at the back of the apartment, and they were passing right by the area outside where I was staying. The curtains do not completely cover the visibility into the apartment, so I didn't have privacy. I couldn't rest well.

OVERALL my trip was wonderful, and the STUDIO was as pictured, AWESOME for us! but... This was my first time with this online booking process, and I'm not tech savvy at all.... That said; The listing stated a 2:30p check in and THAT was not accurate. The listing showed an inaccurate location on their map, and no address was given. There was some sort of mix up on my dates and I personally didn't receive an address, directions, or key access til AFTER I'd been to the Agudilla Police Dept and the Post office showing pictures of the ad trying to locate it.... I tried to call numbers on the listing and got only recordings. I finally called the owner and left a message there. The GOD thing is the Postal Counter Worker knew this property, actually had the same picture in his phone that I had, because someone in his family had rented it before and he gave me the address. Occupancy was delayed even further, for the Property manager to arrive and prepare the place, because of some scheduling mix up, so we had to go somewhere else and hang out, til it would be ready, after 5p. The owner did REFUND A PARTIAL CREDIT for my first day. The room was AWESOME and just perfect for us two! We only had a problem with the steps up to the bathroom, both of us tripped/missed the steps on several occasions, (NOT ALCOHOL RELATED, lol) until we put BRIGHT YELLOW duct tape on the edges so we could see them better. I apologize, my roommate forgot to take it off, that was "his job!" OVERALL it was EXCELLENT and I will be back, if JoAnn will have me!

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The room is comfortable for 2. There is a refrigerator and microwave. It also has a coffee maker but we didn't use it. We loved the side entrance, where we sat out or used the hammock. Overall a great stay.

It could have been quieter

I don't mind the planes leaving or arriving at odd times of morning or night, but construction noises at 6:30AM just a wall away, that was a tad annoying. That, and the occasional trickle of water on the shower, were the only annoyances. Everything else was as in the listing. Basic place to crash. Cold a/c, clean sheets and towels, off-street parking in quiet neighborhood...just right for our stay.

Charming tastefully decorated with an ambience of elegance. Great safe location. Clean and inviting place. Gracious host. Room is perfect and offers the essentials even an umbrella if it rains. The bathroom and shower is perfect and spacious. Studio offers an exclusive sitting patio which you’re mesmerized by the details. Love the orchids in bloom. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE

first off on arrival we were greeted with a giant pile of trash and construction materials and debris in the front yard where guest are supposed to park their car, when entering the property I’ve notice there was bodily fluids stains (human pee) in the side of the bed on the sheets and also toilet wasn’t cleaned at a lot and this was all after i was told i couldn’t check in for another hour or so due to electrical problems and the property still wasn’t cleaned properly so when told the host i was told i would receive a refund via Zelle and now two days later i still haven’t received anything and Vrbo tells you they can’t issue a refund unless the host agrees to it even tho i have pictures and messages from the host as well. DO NOT STAY HERE
