You are welcomed by a spacious hall that connects to the heart of the house, a spacious kitchen perfect for large dinners with generous work surfaces and comfortable seating at the dining table and in the sofa group in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a little more, including a full-height fridge and freezer, induction hob, built-in oven and microwave at a comfortable working height. Open social layout between kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove that contributes to a high coziness factor, a generous ceiling height and large windows that give a wonderful feeling of space. Exit to both front and back where you will find a fantastic patio with heated pool with pool roof (depth: 1.35 m), sun loungers, outdoor furniture, barbecue facilities and large fenced garden perfect for playing. Here you have the luxury of being able to choose between a dip in the pool or in the sea a short walk away! PLEASE NOTE: The Pool is open week 21 to week 39, the rest of the year it may not be used. The house has four comfortable bedrooms, of which one master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and private exit to patio. Two other bedrooms with two bunk beds that provide 4 beds in each room, in one room the beds are 90 cm and in the other the beds are 80 cm. In the fourth bedroom there is a double bed. There are two nice fully tiled bathrooms with showers and heated towel rails. The bathrooms are smartly placed if you are two families who want to have their own bathroom. If you wish to do your laundry, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Gnisvärd is located about 20 minutes by car from Visby and has a fantastic coastal strip with a fishing village, restaurant and Gnisvärds strand, a magical family-friendly sandy beach where the sand is as soft as powder, which leads you to Tofta strand with a beach house, convenience store, several restaurants, music and much more. A bakery for freshly baked bread and coffee is within easy reach. Opening hours may vary depending on the season. The location of this accommodation gives you a perfect starting point for exploring everything Gotland has to offer from north to south, there are good bus connections and cycle paths. Children usually enjoy a visit to Kneippbyn – Pippi Longstocking's summer and water park and Gotland Zoo. A must is a visit to Visby Innerstad to stroll through the alleys among ruins, restaurants, shops and along the Ringmuren, which offers an exciting history. In the far north of Gotland is Fårö, where you can see incredible rauk fields at Digerhuvud and swim at Sudersand and Ekeviken. Welcome to this paradise!
