We're from Cumbria in England and bought Cinquante Cinq in 2019 with a view to holidaying with friends and family. We've hosted for 5 years and love getting to know new guests and welcoming returning ones. We try and spend 2 to 3 weeks in France each year.
Why they chose this property
This is a rural area, very peaceful and quiet, yet retains good transport links to the UK. There's lots of history and culture to explore, beautiful villages and markets to visit and plenty of outdoor activity options.
What makes this property unique
The fabulous outdoor kitchen and terrace overlooking the pool and surrounded by large gardens. It is on the edge of a village so it's easy to walk to the boulangerie for breakfast croissants and the local restaurant serves traditional French cuisine. And the house itself is beautiful!!
