This well-appointed townhouse is located in peaceful surroundings, right next to a green area and just 600 meters from Ålbæk Beach. At the same time, you have easy access to the shops and restaurants in the town center, and the charming fishing and marina is just a pleasant walk away. This cozy house has two apartments, each with its own entrance. The apartment is equipped with everything six people need for a comfortable vacation. As an extra nice detail, all utilities are included in the price, so you don't have to worry about extra expenses for water, electricity, and heating.The house was built in 1967 and newly renovated in 2023. It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two bunk beds. There is a nice bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The cozy living room has a dining table, sofa area, and TV. If you have brought your tablet or iPad, you can connect to the house's wireless network. There is also a lovely conservatory where you can relax if the weather is not so good. The outdoor area is separated from the other apartment by a fence, so you can enjoy the lovely south-west facing terrace in complete privacy, with plenty of sunshine. Here you can relax in the garden furniture and in the evening enjoy the late afternoon sun while you light the barbecue and enjoy a glass of wine. If the weather permits, the beach is only a few meters away, so it's easy to take a morning dip before breakfast. The vacation home is located in peaceful surroundings on a small side road, and from here you are no more than 600 meters from Ålbæk Beach if you want to walk the dog or take a dip in the Kattegat. There is also a dog forest in Ålbæk Klitplantage, where you can also go on the good hiking trails and keep up your running form. If you have brought bicycles, you can go out and explore the beautiful North Jutland landscape – for example, on the beautiful route to Skagen, which is about 20 kilometers away.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
