Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and the other has twin beds, which could also accommodate a travel cot if required. There is an en-suite bathroom in bedroom 1 with a shower, WC and sink. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower, bath, WC and sink. On the ground floor there is a shower room with shower, toilet and sink.

General Amenities
- The property has air conditioning and ceiling fans;
- On-site parking is available;
- Internet and TV are provided for entertainment;
- Board games, books and a DVD player are also provided, as well as a full-size Pool Table on the roof;
- Towels are provided as well as a hair dryer, ironing board and iron.

Kitchen
There is a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, water cooler and coffee machine. A large granite breakfast bar with 4 bar stools if you prefer to eat inside.

Outside Amenities
The property has a large lawn/garden area with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Coral Bay. A swimming pool and pool table area available as well as a large porch/veranda area with patio seating and an outdoor grill.

Ski & Snowboard
You can ski in the Troodos mountains, but it will take you around 1-1.5 hours from the Paphos area to the Troodos Mountains. In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympos (1951 metres a.s.l.), from the beginning of January to the end of March. For further information contact Cyprus Ski Club.

Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the Villa: Tsada, 20 mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills, 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.

This property is not suitable for same sex groups because of its residential position. Please note that there are some current building works being undertaken in the vicinity. They are not too close to the property and as such, do not consider this will have a detrimental effect on your holiday.
