Exclusive 5 Apartments inside an Art Nouveau Villa in the historic center of Bologna. Access from Via Bottrigari (small internal road away from noise) in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Bologna. The porticoes of San Luca are a 4 minute walk away. Via Saragozza, one of the most iconic streets in Bologna, is just 5 minutes away on foot. The Bologna football stadium is a 17 minute walk away. A 15 minute walk from Piazza Malpighi, 18 minutes from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 Towers of Bologna.



Guests have access to all 5 apartments for private use. The basement and apartment number 2 including the outdoor space are not part of the spaces available to guests.

The Villa Bottrigari structure has 5 apartments, all unique and different from each other: 2 Apartments with 1 bedroom complete with frescoes and accompanied by nineteenth century Murano chandeliers and modern LEDs, marble bathrooms with hydromassage shower column and separate living room with sofa bed 1 Apartment with separate kitchen, living room and bedroom completely frescoed and decorated with LEDs and nineteenth century Murano chandeliers. 1 Penthouse apartment with terrace with wallpaper, external terrace furnished with sofas, bathroom with shower and hydromassage tub for one person 1 King Apartment with internal Jacuzzi for 2 people, also equipped with a large pitched terrace with external sofas. The apartment features spectacular LED lights, a separate living room and a bedroom with wallpaper with antique designs

One Bedroom apartments abound, just what you need...

Location is pretty great and we enjoyed walking into town almost everyday. The check in was a bit more complicated than it needed to be and getting actual information about the area did not meet with success. Parking information was also not given until late in the process and i had requested it earlier. I chose this place based on their 5 star rating and it just did not deserve that from our experience.
