Apartment on the second and last floor in a small building in a residence in the heart of the pine forest of Calvi, 100 m from the beach. A living room with kitchenette, cupboard, TV, air conditioning, sofa bed and a folding bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Kitchen area equipped with sink, hob 2 electric fires, fridge top, hood, dishes, oven grill. Bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine. Parking spaces in the residence. Two rooms for 5 people. The residence is very quiet, near Calvi (about 15 minutes walk through the pine forest) with a beautiful sandy beach, several kilometers to 100 m. Nearby: restaurants, market, games for children, municipal tennis, train to discover the most beautiful beaches of Balagne. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 200 EURO PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH OR BY CHECK (French or Italian).
