This house is distributed on a single floor. It has a small living room with a sofa in front of a low coffee table and a television. The kitchen, American style, is equipped with everything necessary for the use of guests. It has two bedrooms with a total of one double bed and two single beds. In addition, it has a complete bathroom with shower.

In the outdoor area is the pool, where you can take a bath while you rest and cool off, or sunbathe on one of the sun loungers by the pool. You can also cook outdoors thanks to the barbecue available and eat at the dining table that is on the porch.
The house is very well located, since restaurants, shops and the beach are just a few minutes from the accommodation.

The access lane is unpaved, characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
