Great place to stay. Grandkids enjoyed watching movies in the theater. Heber was very easy to work with and very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Would definitely staybhere again.

Big space and great location

We stayed for the state golf tournament. It was very close to the course and in a great part of town. Lots of rooms and space for our group.

Wedding weekend stay

Beautiful home

Beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the basement level (ping pong and theatre). The beds were comfortable and the house was too. Absolutely no problems!

We really enjoyed our stay! For me, the home was even better than the pictures. The living spaces were roomy and very comfortable, our large group didn't feel crowded at all. Everyone reported good sleeps on comfortable mattresses. The kitchen had all the supplies to cook for and/or host a large party.Kearney is a really lovely town, it was a great visit all around.

So much room for all!

We had 4 households stay here for a family reunion/80th birthday party and there was plenty of room for all of us! We loved the ease of cooking with the Huge kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, a double fridge, and lots of seating. There was a ping pong table and theater room that was great, and my niece even played on an electric piano for us. We had trouble regulating temperatures with three different thermostats but I’m sure the owner would have helped if we had asked. This was a beautiful home and our hosts were welcoming.

Family Christmas

My family stayed here for UNK winter graduation and to celebrate early Christmas with the family. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space for us all to spread out and be together but also have some privacy. It has everything you can possibly need to stay. Just bring yourself and clothes. Heber was always quick with responses and so polite and accomadating. I have already recommended this home to friends. Great place and will stay here again.

Great Place for large family to stay

Loved the house! Lots of room for our family to spread out. Large kitchen for our Thanksgiving dinner! My grandchildren enjoyed lots of movies in the theater room!!

Great rental for guys golf trip

We had a wonderful three-night stay at the house. This is our second time renting this home and each time (May) it's been for a guys golf weekend given it's close proximity to the Meadowlark golf course. The home is quite expansive, with three levels, tons of bedrooms, a nice patio looking out on the backyard, and two great entertainment rooms (one downstairs and one right off of the kitchen.) We spent a lot of time handing out in the very large kitchen and entertainment area and the layout worked well for eating, talking and simply relaxing. All of the little things that are important to those traveling were in good and in place (e.g., strong wifi, strong and hot water pressure for many showers, towels and amenities for days, etc., etc.) We all agreed that it is the perfect spot for our group (hence returning for a second year) and really appreciate our hosts.

Wonderful stay in Kearney

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Huber’s place. This home is very well taken care of and sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the amazing kitchen, grilling on the back patio, and playing ping pong in the basement. This home has every thing you could possibly want/need. Communication was top notch as well. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely look to stay here again. If we could give 10 stars, we would!

Family Reunited

This was an amazing home that accommodated our family as we returned to Kearney to dedicate some artwork in the Yanney Heritage Park to our parents, Marv and Joyce Elliott. There was plenty of room and sleeping accommodation for everyone. Lots of space to play family games, watch some Cardinals baseball and reconnect as an extended family. Seating for 14 at meals was amazing and contributed to our family togetherness. The owners were very responsive as one of the grandkids' stuffed animals got locked into a bedroom. Crisis was averted!

40th Anniversarry

We rented this home for 2 nights to celebrate our 40th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. It was PERFECT. Spacious, clean and very thing we needed. Although we could have used a few more wash clothes.
