Katastrophe! Dreckiges Geschirr, kaputter Fußboden...

Katastrophe! Dreckiges Geschirr, kaputter Fußboden, Staub und Spinnweben wo man nur hinsieht. Die Toilettenspülung spritzt das ganze Badezimmer nass. Bei der Ankunft wurde gesagt sie schenke uns die Kosten für Klimaanlage obwohl im Angebot ganz klar beschrieben war, dass die Klimaanlage im preis inbegriffen ist. Aufgrund von Missverständnissen wird man auf unfreundliche Weise der Wohnung verwiesen. Bei Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur werden die Tatsachen verdreht und zu ihren Gunsten ausgelegt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Zum Glück war die Agentur sehr entgegenkommend und hat uns anstatt einer Woche nach einer Nacht mit Kostenrückerstattung die Unterkunft wechseln lassen!
