Property Details:
This 90-sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator. This flat has a small private balcony overlooking Spinola Bay (smoking is not permitted). The living area is furnished with a flat screen TV, sofa and dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The first and second bedrooms are furnished with queenbeds and quality mattresses. The third bedroom contains a double bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
